| 摘 要： | 综合运用产业转移理论、技术创新理论以及产业竞争力理论等构建"双转移"、"双提升"循环促进模型,结合广东省实际情况从模型各个链条及各环节分析制约广东实施"双转移"、"双提升"的循环促进模式的核心障碍,并提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the current situation of the development of Guangdong province,the article combines the "industrial transfer theory","technology innovation theory","industrial competitiveness theory " together with the construction of"double transfer","double upgrade" recycling promote model.It uses this new model applied in the analysis of Guangdong implement "double transfer","double upgrade" recycling promoting strategy,and gives some policy suggestions. |
