| Abstract: | Universities of science and engineering are the main subject of technology-transferring in China.The input of resources is an important determinant of the technology-transferring ability.Based on the statistic data of 50 engineering universities of domestic from 2006 to 2010,the paper chooses the measured input of resources,human and finance as the independent variables,to explore the relationship with the patent applications,licensing and the contract amount of the patent.It also analyzes the degree of the significance between them. |
