个人-组织价值观实现度匹配与绩效关系的实证研究——以科研团队为例

摘    要:个人-组织价值观匹配成为当今西方组织管理心理学研究的热点领域,主要是因为价值观匹配能很好地预测个人的积极态度和行为结果。以190名科研团队成员为调查对象,分析个人价值观实现度、团队价值观实现度及其匹配与团队绩效的相关关系和作用影响。结果表明:个人、团队价值观实现度及其匹配与绩效有密切关系,且对绩效有显著预测作用。

Abstract:Person-organization fit has become a hot research field of management psychology in the west,mainly because of person-organization fit can predict the results of positive attitudes and behavior.The paper,based on the survey of 190 research team members,analyzes the correlation and effect between performance and the fit of value’s fulfilling level of person and organization on the data.The results show that the fit of value’s fulfilling level of person and organization is closely related to performance,even more,it can significantly predict the performance.
