| 摘 要： | 高新技术产业高端化是产业从相对"低端"向相对以高科技、高附加值、高智力密集性为特征的"高端"不断攀升的可持续发展过程。论文分析了江苏高新技术产业发展状况以及高端化发展的可行性,提出了推进江苏高新技术产业高端化发展的具体对策措施,以期加快推动江苏高新技术产业高端化发展,有效促进江苏经济结构的转型升级,加快建成创新型省份。

| Abstract: | High-end oriented of high-tech industry aims to have a sustainable development from the low end to the high end featured by advanced technology,high added value and high intelligence.The paper analyzes the development status of the high-tech industry in Jiangsu and the feasibility of high-end development in Jiangsu,then puts forward the specific countermeasures to promote the development of high-end the high-tech industry in Jiangsu,in order to speed up the development of the high-tech industry high-end,promote the transition and upgrade of the economic structure and accelerate the process of innovative province. |
