试析高考改革难以宏观突破的原因

以分数简单相加,作为高校选拔、录取学生、培养人才的唯一依据,是目前中国高校招生改革的症结所在。当中国高考改革进入攻坚阶段后,需要的是更为彻底的全民思想解放运动。微观层面上的变革固然重要,但若没有宏观层面上的制度设计和制度创新,高考改革则难以迈出大步子。高考改革并非单纯的教育改革,是社会变革大系统中的子系统,传统文化、社会环境,都需要加以理性审视。分数公平、智育至上、诚信缺失导致的阻抗改革等观念,都值得反思与批判。

Reasons on Why the National College Entrance Examination Reform can not get Microscopic Breakthroughs

The current sticking point in the higher education institution admission in China is that scores are considered as the only focus in selecting,enrolling and cultivating college students.Since the reform of the National College Entrance Examination is now at a crucial stage,a thorough move- ment to emancipate the thoughts of people is needed.Reforms on the microscopic level is quite im- portant,but if there is no new institutional design or innovation on a macroscopic level,the reform of National College Entrance Examination can not achieve real breakthroughs.The reform of National College Entrance Examination is not merely a kind of educational reform,but a subsystem of the so- cial transformation.We should consider the traditional culture and social environment in a reflective way and criticize those ideas which hinder the reform,such as equity in scores,putting intellectual e- ducation first and lack of credibility.
