| 摘 要： | 经过100多年的发展完善,地理标志已经成为一项国际公认的知识产权而受到保护。甘肃省现拥有的国家地理标志产品17种,均为农产品。论文介绍了我国地理标志产品保护概况与甘肃省国家地理标志产品的保护现状,并从国家地理标志产品保护范围、地理标志产品专用标志、国家质量标准、地理标志商标、中药材GAP认证等方面,分析该省国家地理标志产品保护上存在的问题与发展对策,提出了几点针对性的建议。

| Abstract: | Gansu Province has 17 kinds of national products of geographical indications.From kind of products,scope of their protection of geographical indications,use of the special signs of geographical indications,national standards of quality,trademarks of geographical indications,the certification of good agricultural practice for Chinese crude drugs and so on,this article describes present protection situation of the national products of geographical indications,and puts forward the pointed proposals. |
