摘    要:针对集装箱码头出口箱进场选位问题,提出基于混堆模式的出口箱进场选位优化策略.该策略以压箱数最少为目标,建立基于整数规划的选位模型;根据发箱时较低翻箱率的要求,采用启发式算法和分布式遗传算法相结合的混合算法求解选位模型;其中启发式规则用于缩小可行解的范围,分布式遗传算法用于求近似最优解.某集装箱码头的仿真案例表明,采用该模型和算法对降低船舶压箱总数和在港时间具有一定作用,说明该出口箱混堆选位模型和算法的有效性与实用性.

Abstract:For the problem of storage space allocation of outbound containers entering into yard,a(dynamic) storage space allocation strategy is proposed for outbound containers based on hybrid stack mode.A model is initially developed based on the integer programming,whose objective function is subject to the minimization of the total re-shuffle containers.To reduce the total number of reshuffles for retrieving the containers,a hybrid algorithm,which combines heuristic rule and distributed genetic algorithm,is employed to solve the model.The heuristic rule is to reduce the range of feasible solution and distributed genetic algorithm is to solve the optimization.A case study on a container terminal indicates the effect for reducing the total re-shuffle containers and the time of vessel staying at port,and then verifies the validity and usefulness of the model and algorithm.
