| 摘 要： | 公民环境权是随着社会经济发展而提出来的新主张，是人类环境不断恶化及人类环境保护工作不断强化的产物。本文在对公民环境权提出的客观原因及当前各国的立法状况进行分析的基础上，探讨公民环境权的概念、内容和性质，并论及我国法律对公民环境权的保护和完善。

| Abstract: | Because of the environment becoming worse and worse and peopl e needing more and more actions to protect the environment, citizen's environment al right becomes citizen's new request with the rapid development of social eco nomy. Based on the analysis of the root cause of new request for citizen's envi ronmental right and law of environment in several countries, this article discus ses not only the definition, content and property of citizen's environmental ri ght, but also about regulation and law in our country to protect and enhance cit izen's environmental right. |
