| Abstract: | This paper combines the actualities of the property right system reform of the state-owned enterprises in Heilongjiang province,and analyzes its existing problems and causes further,it puts forward special measures and advices for pushing the property right system reform of the state-owned enterprises in Heilongjiang province in order to provide some references for the property right system reform of the state-owned enterprises in Heilongjiang province. |
