| 摘 要： | 在外语学习尤其是听说过程中,焦虑感被认为是最有可能引起学习障碍的消极情感因素。虽然焦虑对学习过程的作用尚未定论,但研究者已达成共识,即过度的焦虑感必定使学生很难把注意力集中于当前任务上来。二十世纪中期兴起的合作学习策略,能有效地控制这种消极情感,使学生获得学习的成就感,以达到学习的目的。
