| 摘 要： | 人才资源是第一资源，人才是区域经济发展中的关键因素。然而目前广西北部湾经济区面临着区域人才开发与合作机制不健全，人才总量不足，人才管理制度不完善问题。通过结合广西北部湾实际情况，对经济区人才开发与合作现状进行研究，为广西北部湾经济区协调、有序发展献言献策。

| Abstract: | Human resources are the core of the regional economic development. However, Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is currently facing many problems in talent development and cooperation such as lack of talents and the management system and mechanism need to be further improved. By conducting a study on the present situation of talent development and cooperation in Beibu Gulf, according to the actual situation and attempts to find out some feasible co economy. to support the development of the regional economy. |
