摘    要:企业化转制既是大学国家工程技术研究中心的发展趋势,也是建设主管部门对其的现实要求。转制的内涵涉及到产权制度变革、管理体制转换、经营机制和组织文化的转变等三方面。大学国家工程技术研究中心企业化转制,涉及诸多利益方的重新调整,在目标、性质和利益等方面均面临困境。对此,应从政策支持、机制创新、经费保障和探索转制的针对性模式等方面加以解决。

Abstract:Enterprise transformation is not only the development trend of university's National Engineering Research Center, but also the reality requirements from it's department in charge. The content of enterprise transformation involves changes in property rights system, management system conversion, operating mechanism and the change in organizational culture. Enterprise transformation of university's National Engineering Research Center involves many stakeholders' readjusting, and there are difficulties in the target, the nature and the benefits. Therefore, it should be solved by the policy support, institu- tional innovation, financial security and exploring the model of transformation.
