素质教育及其特性探讨

摘    要:在我国教育界广为提倡的素质教育有其不同的特性和内涵。素质教育的完整含义是指为受教育营造最佳的成长环境,使其在道德素质、身体素质、心理素质方面健康发展的同时,在化素质方面得以普遍提高,并在此基础上通过因材施教,使受教育在其已有发展水平和可能的范围内得以充分发展,最终成为合格的社会主义事业的建设和接班人。素质教育作为一种教育观念,具有普遍性、前瞻性、针对性、阶段性和层次性等多方面的特性。

Abstract:In the educational circles of our nation,quality education,which is widely encouraged,has different characteristics and connotations.The complete meaning of quality education is to make the best conditions for the growth of the education-receivers in order to improve their cultural quality universally as well as their moral,physical and psychological qualities healthily,and on the basis of this,through teaching them in accordance with their aptitude to develop them thoroughly from their developing levels and in every possible scope,and finally to cultivate them as qualified builders and successors of the socialist cause.As a concept,quality education is characterized by its universality,prospectiveness,directionality,successiveness,graduality,etc.
