| 摘 要： | 随着地质和矿业市场的不断发展和国际化的需要,一些熟悉基础地质、掌握矿业勘查和储量核实技术、懂采、选、冶初步知识、有矿业安全和环保意识,能够进行矿权运作和投资评估的新型复合型矿业人才将长期走俏人才市场。分析了资源勘查工程专业复合型人才培养存在的问题,并就如何建立一套有关＂地、矿、采、选、冶、经、管、环＂专业复合型矿业人才培养的可行方案做相关探讨。

| Abstract: | With the development of the geology,mining industry market and the international need,some talented persons who know basical geology,mining exploration、storage capacity technology、knowledge of mining,mineral concentration,smelting,hold the consciousness of safety and environmental protection,operate mineral rights and appraise investment can be popular.According to the research of the paper,we analyse the cultivation problem and discuss how to explore one compound talents resources cultivating system involving geology,minerals,mining,mineral concentration,smelting,managing,administrating and environment protection. |
