| 摘 要： | 随着制造业的发展，技能型人才紧缺问题已经成为一个备受关注的研究领域。本文综合分析了近年来学者们对高技能人才的理论思考和现实分析，试图就学者们对高技能人才的内涵、价值、发展状况、培养模式、开发利用策略等方面的研究进行梳理，并找出研究的误区、盲区，以期对今后的研究起到指导作用。

| Abstract: | Skill-based talents are in short supply for the developing of the manufacturing industry, and are generally concern. This text has analysed synthetically the theories and practices the scholars has done, know of definition, value, state of development, training mode, and development strategy for high- skilled talents, etc. The misviews and the blind areas are found out and used to direct further study. |
