The present management states of personnel files are that the files are lack of complete materials ,real contents,and correct classification and neat bookbindings. The essence lies in that we haven't highly recognized its importance and the administers don't have high specialized quality. We must strengthen the understading for personnel files and raise the self quality of the staff, and establish and consummate the rules and regulations to strengthen the managemenet.
