婴儿营养玉米粉的制备及其辊筒干燥技术研究

摘    要:为了探索一种婴儿营养玉米粉的加工方法,对其辊筒干燥工艺参数进行了研究。研究表明本产品的最佳干燥参数为:物料浓度40%~45%,辊筒转速4 r/min,干燥温度130~135℃,产品湿含量5.0%~6.0%。产品通过成片性、复水性和冲调性等指标的检测,表明应用辊筒干燥技术生产婴儿营养玉米粉是可行的。

Abstract:The technology of production of infant nutritional corn flour using a drum dryer was studied.The optimum conditions of processing requirement were as follows: the material concentration was 40%~45%,the roller rotating speed was at 4r/min,the drying temperature was at 130~135℃,and the moisture content was 5.0%~6.0%.It was proved that the production of infant nutritional corn flour with the method of the drum dryer was feasible through the estimate of flakiness,re-hydration quality and dissolving ability.
