关于加强高校女工管理工作的若干思考

我国在建立社会主义市场经济体制的过程中,由于社会转型,带来资源、利益的调整,使妇女发展面临许多新情况、新问题。这一现象,即便是身处高校的女性教工群体也未能置身度外,虽然她们在教学、科研、管理等岗位上发挥着越来越重要的作用,但客观上仍然存在更多关爱、男女平等以及与各社会成员间的权利、机会平等的要求。关注和改善高校女工工作,对于学校民主管理、构建和谐校园、促进高等教育事业发展,都具有一定的现实意义。

Some Reflections on Strengthening the Management of Women Teachers and Workers in Universities

During the establishment of socialist market economic system,social reforming causes the adjustment of resources and benefit,which brings women a lot of problems.And women teachers and worker are no exception to this phenomenon.Even though they are playing a more and more vital role in teaching,scientific researching and administration,they still demand for more love,equality to men,equal opportunity and many other rights.It is of practical significance to give much more attention and care to female teachers and workers of colleges and universities,which will contribute a great deal to the democratic management these schools,help construct harmonious campuses and prompt the development of higher education.
