| 摘 要： | 篮球意识是随着运动员篮球技能的形成而产生,随着篮球技战术的发展而提高,在篮球运动快速发展的今天,它不仅是体力的较量,技术的竞争,而且是智力的对抗。篮球意识的好坏取决于运动员对球场复杂情况的观察、分析、判断、思维能力的高低。如果运动员对篮球攻防的辩证关系理解不深,那么对攻守转换的节奏和发动时机就可能掌握不好。

| Abstract: | Basketball sense emerges with the formation of player's skills,improves with the develoment of basketball tactics.With high development of basketball spots today,it is not only trials of strength,competition for skills,but also the mental antagonism.The basketball sense depends on player's observation,analysis,judgment and thinking abilities to complicated situation of basketball court.If player doesn't have better understanding of dialectical relation of basketball's offensive and precautions,he can't grasp the rhythm of the switch from offensive to precautions and its start opportunity. |
