| 摘 要： | 近几年来，在结合我院钢琴教育专业的人才培养方案动态化管理、课程体系的优化重组等方面的改革与实践，探寻一条具有自身特色的人才培养模式，这种人才培养模式，既符合市场需求又能培养出高素质的“实用型”钢琴专业人才。
