| 摘 要： | 随着我国人口老龄化的日渐加剧,老年歧视现象开始引起了人们的广泛关注。试图从制度层面和非制度层面上对老年人歧视和排斥作一些探索性研究,并对如何消除老年歧视问题提出一些建议。

| Abstract: | As a result of rising aging population,the people start to pay great attention to the discrimination and exclusion for old people.This paper tries to analyze the old-age discrimination from governmental institutional arrangement and the non-institutional exclusion.In the end it puts forward some srggestions for wiping out the old-age discrimination. |
