| 摘 要： | 金融危机对于我国成长中的中小企业尤为严峻.但正如温家宝总理所指出的,中小企业的发展在国民经济中具有举足轻重的作用--能够扩大就业、增加财政税收、提高国民收入.发展中小企业能够带动经济增长,夯实经济增长与收入分配良性互动所需的物质基础,从而缩小收入分配差距,推进社会和谐.
