| 摘 要： | 高校扩招已成为我国高等教育发展的必然趋势,在高校扩招的同时,又引发了教学管理工作方面的诸多问题。对所存在的一系列问题进行归因分析,从而提出解决这些问题的有效策略,以期为解决高校扩招与教学管理之间的矛盾提供某些有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | The universities enrollment expanding has become the inevitable trend of our country higher education development.While the enrollment expanding in the universities,it has initiated many questions on teaching supervisory work aspect,analyze a series of questions which existed,thus to solves these questions effective strategies,to provide the model of solving the contradiction between the teaching management and the enrollment expanding in the universities. |
