| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善,高校教育体制改革的不断深化,大学生竞争能力的培养成为高校教育的重要内容之一。少数民族大学生是高校学生中的一个群体,与汉族学生相比,具有自身的特点。全文从少数民族学生特点出发,探讨了培养高校少数民族学生竞争能力的意义和若干途径。

| Abstract: | With the establishment and perfection of the socialist economic market system and the deepening of the university education reform,fostering the competitive ability of the university students has been an important part of university education.As a part of the university students,those of minority students have their own characteristics.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the minority students,the writer talked about how to foster the competitive ability of the minority college students and some measures. |
