超声化学法制备纳米ZnO的研究进展

摘    要:超声化学法是利用超声波加速化学反应,从而来提高化学产率的一种重要方法。纳米ZnO以其独特的光学、电学、力学和磁学等方面的独特性能引起了材料工作者的广泛关注和重视。介绍了超声化学法的原理和分类.重点介绍了近年来超声化学法在制备纳米ZnO的研究进展,展示了超声化学法制备纳米ZnO的应用前景。

Abstract:Sonochemical preparation technique is a kind of important method to improve the chemical production rate,which speed up chemical reaction by use of ultrasonic. Nano-ZnO has been widely studied in recent years owing to its spetial optical, electrical, mechanical and magnetical properties. In this article, the principles and classification of sonoehemieal preparation technique are introduced. Then the recent research progress of sonochemical technique of nano-ZnO are reviewed, the preparation of nano-ZnO are demonstrated. potential applications of sonochemical technique in the
