| 摘 要： | 对浙江 190个政府网站,主要是地区级政府及该级别部门的网站,进行了为期 21天的评测,按地区和部门分别进行了描述多元统计分析,以及对其中 96个动态监测过的网站进行了快速聚类分析,针对统计分析的结果从政府总体政策、区域经济水平和部门信息传递传统等几方面讨论了造成这种现状的原因及相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a 21days evaluation on 190 Zhejiang government websites is gone. The goal websites are in district and department levels. Based on the survey data, we get radar figure and K-mean cluster to probe the facts of government websites in this province. Then we discuss the causes, and provide some suggestions. Finally, a brief conclusion is given. |
