| 摘 要： | 在干部选拔任用上搞腐败 ,必然建设出一支腐朽的干部队伍 ,而没有一支高素质的干部队伍 ,就不可能建设一个强有力的领导班子 ,即使有再好的思路、设想、政策都是要落空。所以 ,只有遏制干部选择任用上的腐败 ,才能保证干部队伍的纯洁 ,保证党和国家永不变色。该文研究了目前选拔任用干部上的腐败问题存在的几种表现形式 ;论述了干部选拔任用上的腐败问题的危害性 ;探索了遏制干部选拔任用上的腐败的若干措施。

| Abstract: | Corruping in selectig and appointing cadres must result in giving rise to a group of corrupt cadres.However,we can't build a powerful leading body without a group of cadres of high quality.Even if we have the best idea and thought ,we will fail.therefore,only when we contain the corruption in selecting and appointing cadres,can me keep the rank of cadres pure,and guarantee that our party and nation will never change.;This article studies several forms of corrupt problems in slecting and appointing cadces,discusses its harmfulness and prokes into several measures of restraining corrupt probles in selecting and appointing cadres. |
