| 摘 要： | 总结了高技术风险投资的风险收益律、风险收益对称规律、阀值突变律、风险传导律、信息不确定递减律、风险投资方案数量的梯阶递减律、投资阶段的风险递减规律、投资总体风险损失率递增规律及风险责任制约规律等，以期为高技术投资的风险管理提供决策与参考。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we research and put forward the risk return law of venture capital , risk return symmetrical law, the sudden change law of valve value, risk transmission law, the uncertain decreasing law of information, the step-decreasing law of the quantity of venture investment plans, the decreasing law of the stage of venture investment, the increasing loss rate of overall risk of venture investment and risk responsibility restrict law etc. Therefore, we hope this paper can provide the reference to the risk management of high-tech investment. |
