高铁闪锌矿精矿高氧氨浸工艺的理论研究

摘    要:为了克服高铁闪锌矿现行冶炼工艺不能同时满足锌的高提取率和铁的低提取率的要求,在分析火法炼锌、传统湿法炼锌和完全湿法酸浸冶锌工艺的基础上,提出了高铁闪锌矿精矿的高氧催化氧化氨浸工艺,并从热力学和动力学的角度对该工艺进行了系统的理论研究,结果表明高铁闪锌矿精矿高氧催化氧化氨浸工艺是可行的.
