| 摘 要： | 隐性知识即缄默知识,由英国物理学家、哲学家迈克尔·波兰尼提出,此后斯腾伯格等学者对它进行了进一步的深化和扩展。隐性知识打破了长期以来人们对知识的看法,凸现了知识的主体性和缄默性。本文将简要阐述隐性知识对成人教育的影响。
