| Abstract: | The important idea of the "Three Represents" put forword by Jiang Ze-min,the general secretary of the CPC Central Committee,plays a significant guiding role in the library work of institutions of higher learning. To better implement and practise the important thought,the college library should regard the building of a qualified staff as the top priority, focus their efforts on the exploitation of documentary and information resources,emphasize the construction of spiritual civilization and serve the readers whole-heartedly. |
