| 摘 要： | 运用献资料法和理论分析法对目前运动选材的运动素质测评中存在的困难和问题，诸如测试器具不精确、方法选择不适当、测试要求不准确、概念含义不确切，测试条件不相同、测试指标太单一、结果评价不客观、不能反映先天素质、不能预测未来发展等困难和问题作了一些有益的综述。

| Abstract: | Adopting document study and theoretical analyses,this paper summarizes difficulties and problems in evaluating sports quality selection. Difficulties and problems exist such as inaccurate testing instrument,improper methods,obscure testing requirements,indefinite conceptions,different testing conditions,monotonous testing indexes,subjective result evaluation,inability to reflect inborn qualities,inability to predict the future development etc. |
