论大学的软实力

软实力在很大程度上体现了大学的实力,是大学快速并可持续发展的重要因素。大学在其发展过程中应不断注意自己的精神追求,不断改善自己的管理,时时刻刻注意维护自己的声誉。这其中大学领导者扮演着关键的角色。增强大学软实力要善于转化,需要前瞻,但不能理想主义,不能一蹴而就。

Soft power can reflect the power of university to a fairly large extent,being an important factor in the rapid and substainable development of university.Constantly conscious of its own spirit pursuit in its development process,university should improve its managenet constantly too.Carefully protecting its own prestige whenever.Pwring this process,university leaders play a crutial role.To strengthen the soft pwoer of university we must be good at transforming,and need far vision,however,we can't be too ideal to succeed overnight.
