高校实施生源基地建设工程探讨

以中国矿业大学在部分重点中学建立生源基地的做法为例，分析了高校和中学在办学、招生过程中所处的关系。通过分析认为，在高校和中学之间以生源基地为纽带，势必会进一步促进高校与中学的合作交流，特别在人才的选拔和培养方面具有很大的推动作用，形成两者之间的一种新型关系。

Establishing Reserve Base for Prospective Students

With consideration of the establishment of reserve base in middle schools for prospective university students, the relationship between the university and the middle school is analyzed in terms of school running and enrollment. It is believed that the reserve base can serve as a link and enhance the cooperation and communication between the two parties and form a new type of relations.
