| 摘 要： | 从狭义上讲,高等教育系统是由各种类型的学校构成的。高校的定位不仅决定着学校自身的发展问题,也涉及整个高等教育系统的建立。不同类型的学校具有不同的职责与任务,各种类型的高校之间和各种类型人才之间不能进行笼统的比较。各种类型的学校与各种类型的人才不是一成不变的,是可以相互转化的。高校的分类与定位不能完全靠市场机制而自由发展,必须有政府的宏观规划与调控。不同类型学校之间的不可比性,导致好与差之分仅存在于同种类型的学校之间,各种类型的学校都有一流与末流之分。

| Abstract: | Higher education system is made up of different kinds of school.University's localization not only decides school own development questions,but also involves entire higher education system establishment.Different schools have different responsibility and duty,between each kind of university and each kind of talented person can not carry on general comparison.Each kind of school with each kind of talented person is not irrevocable,it may transform mutually.University's classification and localization can not depend on the market mechanism to develop completely,they must depend on government macroscopic plan and regulations.Between each kind of school the difference causes bad division only exists in each kind of school,each kind of school has firstclass and division of the last stage. |
