| Abstract: | Soft System Method (SSM) is an effective way of a system analysis and a powerful means of dealing with the activity system of mankind. This paper focuses on the problems existing in the construction of digital libraries and attempts to apply soft system method to the exploration of system project. The possible solutions to the problems are put forward in the end of the paper. |
