| 摘 要： | 教师职称一直是高校教师最为关注的问题，同时也是人事制度改革的核心。中国高校教师职称评聘制度伴随着我国高等教育事业的发展，走过了50多年的历程。本文通过对历史的研究，把这一过程划分为“两个时期六个阶段”，并对每一时期和阶段的历史史实和特点进行了阐述和分析。
