| 摘 要： | 民族精神是一个民族生存和发展的精神支撑。在新世纪新阶段，我们面临着新的形势和任务，不仅要大力弘扬民族精神，而且要着重培育和建构出符合时代发展要求的现代民族精神，这是当前我国文化建设的当务之急，是一项光荣而艰巨的任务，也是我们义不容辞的责任。

| Abstract: | National spirit is the support for a nation's survival and development. In the new stage of the new century, we are facing the new situation and tasks. We are not only supposed to carry forward the national spirit, but to foster and construct the modern national spirit corresponding to the developing requirement of the time. This is the urgency for the present cultural construction of our country, a glorious and painstaking task, and our bounden responsibility. |
