| 摘 要： | 农村劳动力转移培训是中部地区农村成人教育的重要内容,是解决中部地区"三农"问题、推动"中部崛起"的一大关键.本文通过考察中部地区农村劳动力转移培训的背景与现状、总结中部农村劳动力转移培训的经验、分析中部农村劳动力转移培训存在的问题、提出中部农村劳动力转移培训的对策,对中部地区农村劳动力转移培训这一课题进行了系统探讨.
