自身蛋白作载体制备克伦特罗抗血清

摘    要:本试验以偶氮法将克伦特罗连接到自身全血清和血红蛋白上制成佐剂苗分别免疫兔。免疫后用间接抑制ELISA、间接ELISA检测各组抗体特异性抗克伦特罗效价。结果表明,各组兔血清均含有抗克伦特罗的特异性抗体,显示自身全血清和血红蛋白能作载体,提示自身全血清因组分复杂作载体具有一定优越性。

Abstract:Clenbuterol(CL)was conjugated with rabbit whole sera and rabbit hemoglobin to immunize rabbits respectively.Indirect ELISA and indirect inhibitory ELISA were used to detect the value and specificity of all sera of the immunized rabbits anti-CL IgG.It shows that all rabbits produce anti-CL antibodies,while the sera is not detected out anti-carrier IgG.It suggested that self-whole sera and hemoglobin can be used as carrier,and self-whole sera carriers of complex components are advantageous.
