| 摘 要： | 分析了现阶段高校后勤企业文化状况和当前现代大学制度对高校后勤企业文化的要求，主张营造“心诚则灵”这种以科学、民主为内核的后勤企业文化，塑造先进的现代高校后勤形象，创立服务品牌，形成保证优质高校后勤服务的长效机制。

| Abstract: | An analysis of the corporate culture status of present college logistics and of requirements of the current college system on logistics corporate culture are made to advocate creation of such culture as " honesty bringing spiritual beings" with kernel of democracy and science,to shape advanced modern college logistics image,to establish service brand and to form long-term quality guarantee system. |
