| 摘 要： | 我国法学硕士研究生教育已经走过三十多年的发展道路,取得令人瞩目的成绩,但是经济社会生活的巨大变化以及法学教育的可持续发展都要求我们重新检讨旧的法学硕士研究生的培养模式,并采取若干改革与创新的措施。重新定位法学硕士研究生的培养目标,构建司法考试与法学硕士研究生培养的良性互动,优化法学硕士研究生的专业机构及课程体系,通过方法论训练、课题参与和研讨课等方式提升法学硕士研究生的学术能力,等等,都是值得尝试的策略。
