关于构建"西三角经济圈"问题研究

构建以重庆、成都、西安为核心的“西三角经济圈”，打造中国第四个增长极，是当前西部大开发所面临的新形势和新矛盾的迫切需要。在推进“西三角经济圈”建设中存在行政区划羁绊、各中心城市战略定位趋同化、地理劣势和相对落后的基础设施等问题。中央政府和合作的各方必须进行大胆的理论创新尝试，打破行政区域壁垒的束缚，在经济圈内部建立有效的合作协调机制。

On the Problems of the Construction of"Western Delta Economic Region"
