摘    要:以南京图书馆的工作实践为基础,围绕免费开放的主线,介绍了南京图书馆的读者服务工作经验,分析了存在的问题,指出下一步应从更新服务理念、拓展服务视野、推进服务深度等方面进一步提升服务品质。

Abstract:Based on the working practice, focusing on the free opening and service first concept, this paper introduces the main achievements obtained by Nanjing Library. This paper also analyzes the existing problems and points out the next step work, that is to say, updating the service concept, deepening the service depth and improving the service quality must be strengthened.
