毅商,健全人格的"钙质"--浅谈中学语文教学培养学生毅商的途径

毅商，即毅力商数，其英文写法是Adversity Quotient，简写为AQ，它是指人努力克服困难以达到预定目标的意志力量的标志。一个人要取得成功，必须拥有高水平的毅商。而人的毅商不是天生的，而是后天培养的。在中学语文教学中，教师精心安排，因材施教，循循善诱，是能较好地培养学生的毅商的。当然，在实施过程中，还应注意内外各方面因素的影响，总之，培养学生毅商，是落实《义务教育语文课程标准》“健全人格”的需要。
