| 摘 要： | 教育公平不仅是教育问题,更是一个社会问题,世界各国政府对此都高度重视.在梳理了自1833年以来英国基础教育财政投入的主要政策后,发现这些政策反映了英国政府在基础教育方面对教育公平不断探索的历程,包括实现入学机会均等、努力消除地区和校际差距以及加大对不利者的补偿等举措,对我国的基础教育财政政策制定有一定的借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | Educational equity is not only an educational issue,but all issue of the whole society.Governments all over the world are paying high attention to this problem.After the paper analyzes the main educational financing policies of primary and secondary ed-ucation in UK since 1833,it is found that they reflect a process of exploring educational equity of UK in terms of primary and secondary education.These measures include equal opportunity of entrance.eliminating gaps between areas and schools and extra compensation for the vulnerable.which will be helpful for China's relative policy-making. |
