关于城市社区建设与构建和谐社会的理论探讨

城市社区建设是构建和谐社会的起点,是社会转型和社区转型的必然结果。只有构建和谐社区,社区建设才能服务于、服从于和谐社会的大局需要。为此,必须转变政府角色,实现从全能型政府到服务型政府的转变;壮大社会力量,实现从政府＂一枝独秀＂到政府、市场和社会＂三方合作＂的转变;加强社区服务,实现从单纯的行政区划到城市社会生活共同体的转变。
