我国综合性油气技术服务公司研发管理优化研究

对国内外油服企业的研发管理进行对比,指出我国油服企业研发管理存在体制限制、模式传统、方向倾斜、内部市场依赖等问题。提出组织结构优化、研发方向调整、配套体制完善、成果共享机制建立等建议,为我国综合性油气技术服务企业增强自身实力、参与国际竞争提供借鉴。

This paper discussed the current situation and characteristics of oil and gas technology services industry,com-pared the differences of domestic and international oil and gas technology services enterprises in the R &D strategy,organi-zation and input,achievements and transformation,and concluded that Chinese integrated technology services companies face the problem of institutional constraints,traditional mode,the tilted direction and the internal market dependence. Based on the repositioning of the business,some suggestions of optimizing organizational structure,adjusting the direction of R&D,perfecting the system and result sharing mechanism were put forward for technology services companies'interna-tional development.
