广东省建设国家实验室体系的若干思考

国家实验室、国家重点实验室等科研基地作为源头创新和新知识、新技术、新发明的先导和源泉,是培养汇聚高层次科研人才、取得自主创新成果和核心技术的重要平台,是体现一个国家和地区科研创新能力强弱的一项重要指标。对广东省现有国家科研基地建设情况进行总结梳理和摸底分析,并对今后,特别是"十三五"期间广东省科研基地体系建设工作提出若干建议。加大力度推进以实验室为龙头的科研基地建设,加强协同创新,组建一批高水平科研创新基地和平台,形成基础研究、应用研究、试验开发直至产业化全过程创新链条的科研体系是广东实施创新驱动发展战略的必然路径和重要保障。
