摘 要: | 目前企业研究生工作站作为校企研发联盟,其驻属企业创新绩效研究注重整体定性分析,多以人才培养质量保障为视角,实证研究较为鲜见;企业吸收能力不同变量对企业创新绩效的影响是理论研究热点。通过高校作为外部知识注入源,以457家企业研究生工作站所驻企业为样本,基于结构方程模型研究企业吸收能力变量及其不同组合动态共演进机制对企业创新绩效的影响。结果表明:企业吸收能力影响因素不同变量组合对企业创新绩效作用与单因素相比明显改善,具体表现在企业研发活动、外部知识源在组织环境和沟通机制协同作用下效应值显著提升,并显示出明显的路径机制。研究结果对企业研究生工作站建设提供理论参考与实践启示。

Abstract: | At present,the research on enterprise innovation performance,based on graduate enterprise workstation,which is a R&D alliance between university and enterprise,focuses on the overall qualitative analysis,and the quality assurance of the personnel training as the Perspective,and empirical studies are relatively rare.The influence of different variables of the absorptive capacity on enterprise innovation performance is a hot research topic.Through the university as a source of external knowledge,taking 457 enterprises student workstations as samples,based on structural equation modeling,the in-fluence of corporate absorptive capacity variables and their various combinations’dynamic co evolution mechanism on enter-prise innovation performance is studied.The results show that the effect of different factors’combination on enterprise inno-vation performance is significantly improved,compared with the single factor,at the same time,the effect is significantly improved and the path mechanism is demonstrated in the synergy of enterprise R &D activities,external knowledge sources and communication mechanism.The results of the research provide a theoretical reference and practical inspiration for the construction of the enterprise graduate workstation. |
